Hi Everyone,

Has anyone noticed different pupil sizes while on Tasigna? My right is slightly bigger than my left. I am waiting for a call back from my GP about this issue, but thought I would ask. I don't have any weakness, pain, nausea, or vision problems, or headaches, but I am slightly weary of this. Thanks for any help in advance. -Josh

Hi Josh,

I haven't noticed "uneven" pupils but I have noticed that my pupils are typically more enlarged than usual.  I only notice in passing and I'm really not sure if it's caused by the medicine, and I chalk it up to the "kinda cool" side effect category (if that exists).

This is normally caused by uneven lighting in the two eyes.  But if you have confusion, decreased mental status, and severe headache associated with it, then get to the hospital.
