Has anyone had been told they had evidence of clonal evolution at the time of diagnosis (is: FISH test results)?

That means additional chromosome mutations, such as trisomy 8 or monosomy 7.  What does your BMB report say?

Likely means a deletion (partial or whole) on some chromosome.  Some are not so bad, others not so good.  You need to get a copy when available.  TKI drugs work against many of these deletions better than in the old days, so it is not always a problem.
