Total emails allowed in the L&LS internal email is 5, which INCLUDES Sent Mail as well as incoming Inbox mail (viewed or not yet viewed).  So even if you have zero Inbox messages but have 5 saved Sent Mails, then your inbox is locked out and considered to be full.  Same with examples like 3 Inbox + 2 Sent Mails -- full and locked out until at least one is erased.  So you should probably never save a sent mail, but copy it to a Word document before sending if you want it.  That is just the way the L&LS folks set it up.

To empty all emails at once, check the box above and to the right of the email listings then hit Delete.  Do this in both the Inbox AND Sent Mail.

Thanks Trey:  I think everything is showing empty now.  I will have to wait and see if anyone has a problem sending to me.  I never thought to clear out all those notifications.

I got my yearly flu shot yesterday afternoon and woke up this morning feeling like crap.  I had head congestion, no energy, fatigue, just like I had a mild case of the flu.  I am drinking lots of OJ and taking it easy (slept 12 + hours) but I was surprised how my body responded to the flu shot.

Ever since I got my shot last week, I have been in a fatigue cycle and just feel lousy.  Mostly tired, but also achey.  I hadn't felt like this since last winter.  My kids are also coming home with colds from being back to school and I suspect as my body fights off this stuff, it takes a lot out of me.  I was doing much better over the summer.

This year's flu shot has an H1N1 variant in it (recall last year it was a separate shot) plus 2 others.  So it may be a bit strong for some.

Gee Thanks Trey:  I think I will wait a few more weeks.  I have so many different things to take care of, and for some reason these shots always hit me hard.

Like I said the combination of the Pnemonia with the Flu knocked me for a loop last year, but even just a Flu shot wipes me out for a few days.

So glad everyone is saying this, because everybody always tells me every year that I could not feel that lousy with no active virus in the vaccine.j

Now I know I am not just nuts!!
