Hi all,
We know TKI can cause adverse cardiovascular events. What are the common ones? Does anyone know if left ventricular hypertrophy is related to TKI? Has anyone experienced this condition?
Thanks

The left ventricular hypertrophy (enlarged heart) is often caused by issues between the lungs and heart. The patient should be checked for PAH, mitral valve disease, aortic stenosis or constriction, and other possible heart issues which might require the heart to pump harder than normal. Sprycel can cause PAH. Mitral valve effects are unknown.
