I happened to be reading about pharmacokinetics of Bosulif, right before I saw this, so I went back and looked....
In the case of p-glyco protein , I wonder if grapefruit extracts might eventually serve as additional treatments to accompany the tki prescribed for those who are resistant possibly because of this? As that protein is what grapefruit inhibits, increasing blood plasma concentration of tki's and some other meds.
