Anyone have experience with this? I'm fairly sure this is minor and I'd rather not stop if I don't need to.
Do I need to come off Sprycel for hernia surgery?

Most surgeons would follow standard practice and ask you to stop for a few days prior to the surgery. The issue is bleeding. If your platelets are adequate and you are not a "bleeder" it would not be necessary to stop.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll see what my onc and the surgeon say, but as of 3/12 my platelets were at 120 and I'm hoping that will be enough. I'll post an update when I find out more in case anyone else comes across this.
