Hi its me Minu, i have been experiencing a lot of muscle cramps. I wrote about this before and got suggestions to take magnesium citrate. It worked for a while but now its back. Keeps me up at night as it mostly happens at night. The pain is excruciating and i'm getting very frustrated. What else can I do?

Try adding potassium along with the magnesium.

Along with what Trey suggested, maybe take the magnesium and potassium with dinner. Also, remember to stay well hydrated. With the cooler weather upon us and having to use heat, you can become dehydrated easily. Hope it helps!
