Had my regular blood work today. on 100 mg sprycel.

My HGB came back 10.9%. Last time it was 11.4%.

and platlets were 129k.

Am I low on these two? Should I be concerned.

Planning to ask for iron supplements to boost production of HGB. Is it required?

My doc tells me sprycel has a knock on effect that reduces the count. Just wanted to see if there any other opinions on this topic.

Thanks

HGB is low, PLT is just a little low but not worth worrying about.

Iron will not "boost production of HGB".  It is the shortage of RBCs which causes low HGB in our case.  HGB is inside the RBCs.  More iron to a limited degree is OK, but it probably won't make much difference.

If your energy level is OK, then all is well.  If you can't function very well, that is a problem.  But there may not be a solution you would want to adopt.

Although you are beyond MMR you are trying to get your PCR to move down, which is why you switched to Sprycel about 18 months ago.  Often this trades one issue for another.

For me, even after nearly 10 years the RBC (and therefore HGB) are still low-normal.  TKI drugs affect the RBC production more than we would like.  Some things just are what they are.
