Went rafting with son and friends, I was covered on top with a wet suit and just didn't think enough about my legs,forgot the sun block and went out on the river. We were out for 4 hours and my legs are burned so bad they are bright red, burning, swollen, and I can barely stand on them. I happen to have dr apt tomorrow so I'll get it looked out. It's so painful I feel so foolish. I should know better. Anyone would have burned but especially on TKI. I hope this passes soon. So far no fever or blisters.

Try an anti-inflammatory - I use diclofenac (voltaren) and it works really well on sunburn.
Diagnosed 9 June 2011, Glivec 400mg June 2011-July 2017, Tasigna 600mg July 2017-present (switched due to intolerable side effects, and desire for future cessation attempt).
Commenced monthly testing when MR4.0 lost during 2012.
2017: <0.01, <0.01, 0.005 (200mg Glivec, Adelaide) <0.01, 0.001 (new test sensitivity)
2016: <0.01, <0.01, PCRU, 0.002 (Adelaide)
2015: <0.01, <0.01, <0.01, 0.013

I got massively sun burnt while on anti-malaria tablets and passed out due to dehydration and pain (while riding scooter for the first time ever in Thailand - managed to get to the side of the road first).
Watch your hydration levels!!!
