I was diagnosed in 2007, and started on Gleevec.  I achieved CCR, but then in 12/2010, my PCR started to increase, to over 0.2%, and then I started on Tasigna 8/2011.

It's been undetectable for over two years. Now my latest PCR is 0.13%.

I know more testing is required, and one data point does not make a trend.  However, for you experts out there, what are your opinions?  Am I beginning to show resistance?  I can't take a higher dose of Tasigna, I get pancreatitis.

Thanks,

ND

I would just have another PCR done short cycle (next month or two).  The PCR has a number of variables which make it prone to errors (both high and low).
