I have had a small swollen lymph node for two months now. Last time I saw my onc he felt it and he told me not worry about it . Should I have him check it again ? It hasn't grown any since then it also doesn't bother me .

I always think if it will make me feel better, then ask. I stopped worrying about bothering doctors, we pay them. I have trouble with my sinus and often have swollen nodes. For the first year I drove myself crazy thinking it was serious. Now I make an appointment with PCP and get a script for antibiotic.

Generally they are just monitored.  If no further growth then usually not a problem.  They can take a while to unclog after swelling.
