I used to be Sue, but now I'm sue1403989325.  That seems a bit unwieldy, so I thought I would re-register with a new name.  Does anyone know if I can do that, since my email address is apparently connected with sue etc.

Thanks,

Sue

You could do one of several things:

1) Try again to do a password change on your previous user name.  There is no apparent reason why you cannot use the old name.  So click on "login" (NOT "create account"), then on the login page put in your old user name and click on "I've forgotten my password" and follow instructions

2) If that does not work, change your email address to a new one: click on down arrow next to your user name, then click "my settings", then click "email and password"

3) If neither work, contact Admin and request they change your user name:

Hi Trey,

I had already tried your first suggestion, and it didn't work.  I did try suggestion #2, and that did not work either, so I contacted Admin.  I did have periodic problems on the old system--I thought it might have something to do with the fact that my user name was only 3 letters.   If that is the problem, I told them I would change it to something else.

Thanks for your help.

Sue

Hi Everyone, I used to be Adela, but I changed my user name to Miriam with a new password. When I try to sign in in username I type Miriam and my password. The computer sends me a message NO SIGN IN NAME ENTERED. I do not understand this. What is my sign in name? I thought it was Miriam. Thanks.

Just a guess: maybe the name change did not work.  Try signing in as Adela with the new password.

I just uploaded a picture from my files. In the upper right hand corner there is a little down "arrow" next to your name. Click on it and go to My Profile. You should be able to add/change your avatar there.

Good luck!
