Looking to see if anyone with CML is around the Western New York/Buffalo area? I found out I had CML approx 1.5 years ago when I was 33. I haven't been involved in any support groups, etc.. yet. I did call the LLS and they said they do have a support group in the area for all types of Leukemia, but she only knew of one other CML patient that attended infrequently. I don't know if I would identify with someone with AML, ALL or CLL. Maybe I would, but I don't know enough about them, the treatments, side effects to say. Anyway, I was hoping someone else might be out there from the area and want to chat about doctor's etc.... ??
