One down, twenty-nine to go. My Tasigna induced photosensitivy rash is being treated at John Hopkins with phototherapy. They had tested me and found I am reacting to UVA light. The rash has been insane all summer and the only option has been to avoid the sun. The treatment is; drive 1 1/2 hours there, 3 minutes of controlled UV light treatment 1 1/2 hours back.

It's been a bummer summer with no golf so hope this can get me back into the swing of things.

Dang!  Sorry to hear about how bad it was.  HOpefully the treatment will work and you'll be back on the golf course next summer.  I'm pretty sensitive to the sun (both on Gleevec and Sprycel), but not to that extent.

Good luck!
