So I have been diagnose with CML for 4 years now. 2 years into my 4 years I was diagnosed with a new condition completely different then Cancer. Now I not only have CML forever I have Myasthenia Gravis now and have to see a neurologist forever also.

My question is

Does having Cancer mean getting other conditions also?

I imagine that cancers and treatment can lead to other conditions.  However, a lot of times we're just kind of hitting "that age."  I had a number of issues come up over a couple of years before my AML dx.  I also have been dx'd with other stuff since then.  To my doctors' minds only one or two of them might be related to my AML tx and those are actually derivative of my transplant, if they're related to it at all.

Have you talked with your doc about if and how the two diseases are related?  I think that's the best place to start,

I should point out that a number of AML/transplant patients I know of do not have any other conditions that have showed up since their cancer.  Many of them have been in remission for years.  So, no, there doesn't seem to be any promise that other conditions will show up.

I hope you're able to get on top of both diseases.

Blessings

Having CML has not bee shown to cause other illnesses, likewise having CML does not preclude you from having other illnesses.

It certainly seems unfair, and it is, but I have learned that this isn't about fairness, sometimes things just are the way they are.

No relationship.  CML and TKI drugs do not cause MG.  I assume you have distinct MG symptoms, mainly in the face muscles and eye muscles, and not just general fatigue of the muscles?

Some drugs, such as penicillamine, can induce MG symptoms (sometimes called a "myasthenia-like syndrome"), but TKIs are not among them.
