Hi Pam: Yes I know who Gerry is talking about, and this woman has been a great inspiration to a lot of people. She was diagnosed before Gleevec as so was I. Fortunately I did not have to wait to long before Gleevec was in trial for me to try it. It was her, and the other woman who has been Ccyr for 16 years. The woman who has had CML for 16 years had to stop her Ponatanib trial due to other problems she is having, and she was almost to PCRU. I am hoping she can resume treatment again.
I think all of the feedback has greatly helped Tedsey to just keep the Faith, and move on. All the postings that we do helps someone in some way to cope with one issue or another. I have found so much help from everyone, when I have been so down over a situation. It helps you get through it all.
