Which TKI are you on? Sprycel?

It can cause pulmonary arterial hypertension, but i have never heard of hardening of the leg arteries due to a tki, even though i am fairly new to CML. Im sure some of the other board residents can help you out.

Peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD) has been associated with Tasigna in some rare cases where other diseases (such as diabetes, etc) were also present.
