Hi Everyone,

I got very good news today. I am MMR .0000 After 2 years and 1 month I am finally MMR. What a way to start a Friday!

I think its time to have a good glass of wine tonight and enjoy!

I've been on 50 mg of sprycel for about 6 months now and still reached MMR. Woo Hoo

DX 5-2010  Started normal hydra then Gleevec for 9 months stopped working

Tasigna after 5 pills pancreatis  numbers jumped up quickly

Started Sprycel 100, 8-2010  for a 3 years went down to 50 mg numbers at one point really jumped up quickly

currently on 70 mg for last 2-3 years trying to get onc to reduce dose Numbers never stabilize never MMR till 4-2017 bearly and jump up and down in and out of MMR stayed MMR for 3 months then

After 6 years on sprycel fluid on both lungs, drained still have some fluid on lungs, and currently off drug 4 months now

numbers lower then ever go figure I've never been this low of a number 

last 2 tests .0686 and .0181 !!

Congratulations, Cathy, I read .0000 as Complete Molecular Remission (CMR) not MMR - that's even better! Did I misread something?

Maintaining MMR; 2/15 PCRU; 8/16 drifting in and out of undetected like a wave meeting the shore. Retired 12/23/2016! 18 months of PCRU, most recent at Mayo on 7/25/17 was negative at their new sensitivity reporting of 0.003.<p>

Yay!  And on a lower dose of Sprycel as well.  Another example of personalized dosage showing an optional response.  Very happy for you!  Here's to many more years of great wine and great health.

Thank you all again so much. This forum has been such a comfort and educational.

I thought getting to 0.000 was MMR and that was the golden ticket. Is CMR better and actually what I'm at? I thought a 5 log was MMR ? so confusing. LOL

At 0.000 you're CMR - Complete Molecular Remission, this is the next step along from MMR - Major Molecular Remission. Better break out those dancing shoes.
