After 17 years, the court declares the Comurhex fully responsible for chronic
myelogenous leukemia affecting Michel Leclerc. (France, June 15, 2012)

 

The judges are coming to settle, in turn, the same link. They explain, based on an expert
report that Michel Leclerc has been both an internal and external irradiation.
"Microparticles of uranium entered the body by inhalation, gastrointestinal
absorption or soluble form by passage skin".
