with CML when she was 23 years old and just two months into her pregnancy with her second child, Bradyn. Kayla began treatment after giving birth. Today she is doing well and gives back to others in the CML community in many ways including blogging and volunteering her time as the CML Connection support group leader for the Portland area. As a young adult with cancer, and mother of two young children, Kayla has maintained an immensely positive outlook and feels excited about the future.
