This is something very interesting.

My husband has developed in the past 2 months plenty of respiratory infections, he was practically every day sick. Now he has a very painfull ear infection, as a consequence of all those colds. I m doubting it s the immune system bcs all his bloodcounts are perfectly fine. I also just had a stomack flue and he didn t pick anything of it.

So I think this all has to do with the moisture in the soft tissues, like nose, ear, throath cause dby Sprycel. And I see it s always getting worse in the winter, since we live in Belgium, it rains a lot so maybe it has something to do with the air humidity? The rest of the year he was just fine.

Would also a flue shot help in his case?

Flu shots only work for the  specific types of flu (often 3 types) which the shot is designed for.  This can change each year as predictions are made about which flu strains will be most active that year.
