Baso and Baso#...What's the difference?

Just wondering. Had a CBC done today and everything is normal. Baso is 1 and Baso# is 0.0...What does this mean? Thanks everyone and Merry Christmas!

Rounding errors. One is percentage, and the other (#) is the absolute count number.
