I have a dr. appt on the 15th and will have my first blood tests since I started Tasigna. Can I expect to see my WBC's go down? They were at 31 a mth. ago.

When exactly did you start tasigna? Have you been taking hydroxyurea before? (if you stop hydrea it's like a spring that you release so the counts will increase then decrease as ITKs are doing their job).
Still, I think that should see a decreasing trend quite rapidly, normally with ITK you get hematological response quite quickly (first weeks/months)
