I have been on Gleevec 600 nightly for four years. Recently I am having horrible gas, diarrhea, two severe attacks to my right side(across from the belly button area), and some back upper shoulder pain.
Does the use of Gleevec have an effect on the gall bladder/pancreas organs? Thanks for any information.

You should include the liver on this list. Have a CMP panel done to check enzymes.
However....the sharts, gas, and right side pain do not go with either issue you mentioned. Have your doc check your appendix. Otherwise, many of us have gas pains. The back/shoulder pain appears unrelated to the other pain, but not certain based on this little info.
