Hi Trey,

Thank you for the information, if the LSC involve HSC, it will mean LSC will migrate to other organ, since HSC could differentiate to any organ or even skin. And also means CML will eventually evolve to ALL in which a very bleak prognosis.

However this does not happened, what other biological mechanism prevent this ? I am curious, base on the current TKIs could not kill the stem cells at all, which means CML will not be contained and in emminent danger of progressing....Since stem cell will have a high chance of mutating and be resistance to TKIs as time goes by. Chances of TKIs affecting the stem cells is very small compare to the time the stem cells differentiating to a lower stage to be "kill" by TKI...

Base on this theory even patient on TKI is at emminent danger, I am worried....
