Looks like I'm trending in the right direction: This is my latest result from 6/17/2011
The 9/9/09 was the best I got from Gleevec, after being off for two weeks look at how they jumped to over 27%. I was then put on Tasigna and got to PCRU but this year they started fluctuating as you can see. The course of action is to just maintain my current treatment.
Anyone else had this type of fluctuation? Also I'm unsure what b3a2 & e1a2 are.
BCR/ABL1: DETECTED
RESULTS
BCR/ABL1 of b2a2 Type: 0.119%
BCR/ABL1 of b3a2 Type: Not Detected
BCR/ABL1 of e1a2 Type: Not Detected
15 copies of BCR/ABL1 per mL of blood (normalized)
The BCR/ABL1 Quant comparison with the International Scale (IS) is 0.89, e.g., BCR/ABL1 value x 0.89 = International Scale ratio.
Major molecular response, or a 3 log reduction from a standardized baseline, represents a transcript level below 0.112% with this assay. Undetected transcripts represent a 4 log or greater improvement
