Hello All ,

I have been on Tasigna for about 4.5 months and have had very few side effects. However, last Wednesday I started to notice pain in my right side rib cage on my back. I had never experienced right side pain so I called my onc. He ordered a CMP just to see if something was up with my liver or kidneys and everything came back normal. The pain is strange in that sometimes it hurts and then sometimes it doesn't hurt at all and it doesn't seem to matter what I am doing or what position I am in. I went on a 6 mile bike ride and didn't feel a thing....Then I watched a movie and it was annoying me. I was laying on my right side this morning and swore I could feel the muscles in my rib cage kind of tremble or wriggle. Not something that would be visible to the naked eye, it felt a little deeper.  Would that be a spasm? I've never had this feeling before so I am trying to figure it out. Thoughts or suggestions? Oh and happy father's day to all of you dads out there!

I have experienced pain from muscle cramps in torso muscles, and after it had ceased to cramp, the pain and twitching continued for a few days.

You should also ask your GP doc about gall bladder issues, since that kind of upper right back pain can sometimes be a symptom.
