Flow Cytometry report should state the blast percentages, possibly breaking them down by level of precursor cells and CD nomenclature.

CD45 is merely a universal WBC antigen.  No particular significance with regard to blast count except as a quality control measure.

You are correct that the .2% on your report is blast count.
