My  onc.  has  told  me  he  does  not  want  to  make  decide weather to  change  my  medication,  are  start  a  trial  drug  until  after  my  BMB.  I  was  wondering what  will  they  be  looking  for.  They  know  my  counts  are  up  from  the  FISH  and  PCR  test  they  have  done these  twice.  What  else  are  they  looking  for?  ( I live  in Poplar Bluff  Missouri  and  you  may  have  seen  on  the  news  about  our  floods. My  BMB  had  to  be  postponed  because  I  could  not  get  out  for  10  days.  I  have  not  had  a  fun  spring !)

Mainly looking for chromosome mutations and translocations.  CML is caused by a translocation of genetic material between two chromosomes.
