I'm flat out getting my legs straight in the boat pose, let alone juggling a bottle of wine. Looking to start classes in a week or so, there is a place near my workplace which offers 45 minute classes at lunch time. A friend of mine that goes, says she feels so relaxed when she gets back to work - hoping the same will happen to me.
