I've been on Gleevec now for 21 months the lowest that my PCR test has gone to is .025

That was 4 months ago since then it went to .039 then .078 and this past week it went down to .042

I am getting worried that the medication isn't working. We tried increasing the Gleevec from 400mg

to 600mg.last month but after several weeks I had to go back to the lower dose. Still struggle with stomach issues

and digestive problems. The past five days I have been taking 500mg and so far so good.

Any suggestions for the nausea would be helpful.

Gleevec is working, but Tasigna or Sprycel might work better/faster.  You would trade in side effects for a different set.  So you could spin that wheel of fortune and see where it stops -- buy a vowel if you like.
