Bili low end of reference range with the last two slightly below normal
WBC slightly elevated. I think I've only had two since 11/2013 within the high side of reference range.

At the earliest opportunity, and whenever possible, lower your TKI dosage; TKIs are toxic drugs and the less we take longterm the better off we are going to be ... this is especially true for older adults.
In hindsight I should have started my dosage reduction two years earlier; it might have helped minimize some of the longterm cumulative toxic effects of TKIs that I am beset with.
longterm side-effects Peripheral Artery Disease - legs (it's a bitch); continuing shoulder problems, right elbow inflammation. GFR and creatinine vastly improved after stopping Gleevec.
Cumulative Gleevec dosage estimated at 830 grams
Taking Gleevec 400mg an hour after my largest meal of the day helped eliminate the nausea that Gleevec is notorious for.

Hi thatguy. Also on bosulif 500mg. ALT and AST firmly in the middle of reference range, almost without fail. Billirubin low end of normal .5 for my past few tests, although it was
Yeah, they've been slightly elevated pretty much since starting on Gleevec, but got the results from Monday's test and ALT was almost double the upper limit, and AST was like 10 over the upper limit. I'm not worried about it really, as I did start weight lifting again this past week. Weird thing was my WBC usually sticks around 6.6k, but it was low at 4.3k. BILI was normal, and PCR was thankfully it's best yet, @ .0270.

I read somewhere recently that it's the ratio between the two that is more important. Should be close to 1:1.
Dx July 2009 on routine physical. WBC 94. Started Gleevec 400 mg Sept 2009. MMR at 2yrs. Side effects (malaise, depression/anxiety, fatigue, nausea, periorbital edema) never improved. Kidney issues developed because of Gleevec. Switched to Sprycel 70 mg in Aug 2011. Above side effects disappeared or improved. Have been MR3.5 - 4.5 ever since. Two untreated pleural effusions followed by one treated by stopping Sprycel Jan 2017. After 9 weeks, PCR showed loss of MMR; re-started Sprycel at 50 mg and in 3 months was back to <0.01% IS. Pleural effusion returned within a couple of months, same as before (moderate, left side only). Stopped Sprycel 50 mg for 12 weeks; pleural effusion resolved. At about a monthoff the drug, PCR was 0.03; at 11 weeks it was 2.06 - lost CCyR? Have returned to 50 mg Sprycel for 3 weeks, intending to reduce to 20 mg going forward.

The new highs could certainly be the weight training. If you have any concern, you could always call/email your doctor and ask their opinion. When my bilirubin was double, my doctor didn't even mention it, it was just me with my tendency to go over my own labs with a fine tooth comb. That issue, (if it was an issue at all) resolved itself.
Congratulations on the new low PCR. May that trend continue.

My ALT and AST blipped high when i recently changed blood pressure meds and had a bad reaction. Before that it was always pretty low. I do not drink alcohol. My Bili has always run in the high normal.

My ALT and AST were ALWAYS high 2-3x the upper limit for years before I was diagnosed. My BUN RATIO was also almost always high although I can not recall by how much. After diagnosis I have not had a single ALT, AST or BUN test out of range. I will explain...
I always blamed my high ALT, AST, BUN on weightlifting (muscle tissue damage) since I have lifted weights heavy 5 times a week since I was 18. Doctors always blamed it on protein powder but they were never overly concerned so I never changed anything. When I was diagnosed with CML at 28 my oncologist had told me to stop taking protein powder which I thought was very annoying and unnecessary but I did anyways. I switched over to liquid egg whites which are incredibly more expensive for the quantity I consume (10oz in the Morning, 10oz Post Workout...equivalent to 20 egg whites per day). I was incredibly surprised to see literally my first AST/ALT/BUN in my adult life all to come back all normal in range after making the switch. I have continued to lift weights actually even harder heavier and more squats, deadlifts, ect in the last two years than ever. Also, I have consumed alcohol (probably more than I should) on weeklong vacations and had labs done upon returning Monday and still all in range. The protein powder was certainly to blame. Maybe you don't take protein powder, but if you do or any other supplements like creatine definitely something to consider.
PS. Congrats on .027!!!
