Are clinical trials taking place now and, IF so - where? when? Can it be taken with other TKI's ? How does the future look? Is there actually going to be an outright CURE for CML in the near future since I've read that ABL001 might be close! Best to ALL!

Trials for ABL001 alone are closed, the combination trials are forging ahead. Next stop Bosulif with ABL001. Currently in trials for ABL001 and Gleevec.
My current dose of ABL001 is 160 2x a day. That was lowered from 200 2x a day that raised my BP. All in all, best tki yet for me. 6 years on horrible Gleevec, Tasinga was toxic, Sprycel was better than either of them until I developed a mutation 4 years later. Great Dr. Mauro busted his ass for 5 months to get me in his trial and I was his first patient and 1 of 10 in the country on it.
