I can't work out two days in a roll because my hands are in constant pain . I am Sprycel and notice this hand pain since I've been on it for 5 months or so . I am looking for any tricks to the trade how can I get this better .

So sorry you have this, jerrys. I have it too. Worse in mornings. At least arm pain is diminishing since Sprycel dose now at 50 mg. I use ibuprofen and hot water soaks. Helps some. I have prescription narcotics too but rarely use them.

I also take magnesium supplements which has helped leg pain. Hands, shoulders, and deltoid area arm pain persists.

TKI drugs can deplete calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorous.  All are needed for ligament and tendon health.  I would try supplements.
