Which suggests those who have PE or PAH issues with Sprycel should NOT switch the Bosutinib.

My PH guy, Dr. Simon/Presby is against switching from Sprycel to Bosutinib. They are very close and he is concerned if I need to begin a TKI again I would have further issues with Bosutinib. After working with the oncologist from West Penn they decided that Tasigna would be the safest drug should I relapse.
