I received my 21 month PCR a few days ago and it's down again slightly to 0.0038%. My onc agreed to a reduced dose of imatinib from 400mg to 300mg. He was reluctant but agreed to it so I'm excited to see if the fatigue (really the only side effect that bothers me) subsides. Thought that I'd share in case others are pushing their oncs for a reduced dose as well. I don't start on that dose until late January so I'll have to wait until then and then some to see ...

Good luck with the reduction. I found a big difference between 400 and 300 when I reduced. :-)
