Merry Christmas everyone, hopefully Santa will bring everybody a negative PCR result soon!!

Reading another thread where P190 is mentioned has made me think of a question.

In a couple days I am going in for my first pcr test since I stopped sprycel in Nov.  When I was first dx with cml, the PCR picked up both the P210 and P190.  So is it possible the P190 could also come back?  They stopped doing the P190 a while ago because the test no longer detected it.  I am thinking to be sure they should test for both breakpoints.  What is usually done in this case?

dx cml 7/2012; 100 mg sprycel; splenectomy 9/2012; reached prcu 10/2013; dx smoldering myeloma 1/2015; 80 mg sprycel 12/2015; 50 mg sprycel 7/13/16; discontinued sprycel 11/15/16
