On lowering drug prices
Their #1 proposal: allow HHS to negotiate drug prices with pharma on behalf of Medicare recipients
All 18 are Democrats but this could be a wedge issue, since Trump is not an ideologue and this idea has overwhelming support among voters.

I would have to agree with r06ue1. If it doesn't benefit big business then it won't happen. You will have to wait until a less pro business oriented person takes office.
This is what the people wanted like it or not.
