Hello all,

I recently moved and quit my job, forcing a health care change as well.  With this change I can't see my old onc nor visit that lab, so I have already got a PCR reading at what I think will be my new spot.  The readings were different but didn't seem notable? (.06 vs .13).

Just curious if anyone has done this or, even if not, does anyone have advice for how to compare/contrast labs?  I've understood lab methods and measurements can be quite different but I'm not sure what I should be asking.

Appreciate the help!

In March of 2015 I had two PCR tests when I changed doctors.  The first result was .049% and the next was .045%.  Compass Oncology did the first test and OHSU did the second.  I think the tests were about 3 weeks apart.

It is best to have two PCRs from the new lab before trying to figure out if there is a significance to any increase in the numbers.
