I came across this article in the Wall Street Journal today on preventing muscle cramps that I thought interesting:

6-8 grams Curcumin C3 complex.
2015 PCR: < 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)
2016 PCR: < 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)
March 2017 PCR: 0.01% (M.D. Anderson scale)

Interesting article. I eat quite a bit of spicy foods almost daily and I have never had muscle cramps before or with CML. I have had low magnesium levels from Sprycel and I did have lots of fast muscle switching (triceps, biceps, shoulders, back) which stopped after I started supplementing magnesium. Could be coincidence but seems like muscle twitching was my bodies way of reacting to low magnesium levels.
