I typically take mine after lunch, wait about an hour, no nausea problems. If I take it with a meal than I do feel some discomfort in my stomach.

I echo that one. I just switched over from mornings to nights to see if I could alleviate some of the fatigue. I don't have any nausea (now anyway, I did the first few days but that stopped rather quickly) but I do get fatigue from Gleevec 400mg. I always take with food and about halfway through my meal.

Might have been me - I always wait at least an hour or so after dinner, but it depends on the amount of food I ate!
Sometimes I need to wait up to two hours after a big meal, if I get the timing right I don't get any nausea at all. Not sure why it works, but it works for me.
Diagnosed 9 June 2011, Glivec 400mg June 2011-July 2017, Tasigna 600mg July 2017-present (switched due to intolerable side effects, and desire for future cessation attempt).
Commenced monthly testing when MR4.0 lost during 2012.

Having a small glass of milk with dinner really solved it....remember "Milk of Magnesia"..
