I'm new to the forum and have seen several old posts about Philadelphia chromosome negative CML. I would love to hear from others who may be fighting this type of CML. My father in law was diagnosed almost a year ago. There is so little information out there regarding Ph- CML. Anyone dealing with same thing?

Ph- CML can be several different things, which makes the issue difficult to deal with in general terms.  So the actual diagnostic information must be analyzed to determine the exact abnormalities involved.  What did the bone marrow biopsy report, PCR, FISH, Flow Cytometry test, etc find regarding genetic abnormalities?  Is he taking a TKI drug?
