Hi there,

The first link is an old article discussing 3 agents targeting leukemia stem cells. Then, I found the second link talking about commercialing one of the agents.

Does anyone know more about this subject?

Thanks!

Woah, that sounds just like DRACO Anti-Viral (a broad spectrum anti-viral that kills all virus infected cells) that I have been following for years.  Hope it does what it says it can do.

Difficult to get any information on that drug or that company, looking up their stock symbol doesn't tell me much either.  Not sure how reliable their information is.

These inhibit NF-κB, which plays a key role in immune response.  This is more often found in lymphoid cells than myeloid cells, so I am not sure why it would be useful in myeloid leukemias.  But we can only wait and see what testing shows, if they are ever properly tested.
