I'm sure this comes up frequently enough, but I really would like to post this.  This is the result of my blood test, specifically the b2a2 transcript:

7/22/14 3.176 10/23/14 0.913 1/30/15 0.22 5/7/15 0.162 8/12/15 0.037

I know that's a good downward trend, but 18 months (earlier data is not available) I'm still at .04%.  Shouldn't I be at undetectable at this point?

Also, my chart shows various blood counts along with the standard ranges.  I'm frequently outside the standard.  For example, WBC is 2.9 (the range is 3.8 - 10.8).  RBC is 3.03 (the range is 4.14 - 5.8).  Hemoglobin and hematocrit are also low.

I'm not worried, I think it's pretty good, but I thought it would be better after 18 months.

Diagnosed in February 2014. Started Imatinib 400 in April.
2014:     3.18     0.91
2015:     0.22     0.16     0.04     0.55
2016:     0.71     0.66

(Started Imatinib 600 in April 2016)
2016:     0.42     0.13     0.45
2017:     0.17     0.06     0.10     0.06     0.34

Most labs will call 4.5 log reduction PCRU/undetectable.  Some even stop at 4 logs.  So you must be right on the 4.5 log mark at this point if International Standard reporting is used.  Some people are simply PCRU earlier because their lab cuts off reporting earlier than others.
