Hello,
I am on Tasigna 150mg twice a day. My counts are low, any advice.?
WBC 2.3
ANC .6
Platelets 82
Dr Cortes said these are low but still acceptable, I'm nervous but want to push through!

Push through but monitor.  Your ANC is low but should respond to any actual infections.

Thanks Trey, I have labs done once a week, is that good?

Should be plenty.  Watch to see if you bleed more easily.  That is a better indicator than platelet count.

Well, my ANC dropped to .4, my treatment is interrupted until I do labs again on Tuesday. I have been off since Wednesday, feeling a little shaky, can there be flight withdrawal symptoms when drug is interrupted?

There is adjustment both to and from TKIs because of the off-target kinase inhibitions.
