Hi All,

I am sprycel 100mg for the last 15 months and Tasigna for last 4.5 years and a year on Gleevec before that.  Dxed in 2009.

My PCR has been fluctuating on Sprycel 100 mg.

When starting sprycel I had 3 log reduction from Tasigna but was plateauing so was switched to Sprycel.

On international scale my PCR was 0.100

After 2 months of sprycel it came down to 0.05

After 4 months  of sprycel it came down to 0.035

For next 3 pcrs in about it climbed upto 0.090

Last 2 PCRs it was about 0.040

Latest PCR today it went about 0.06.

Little confused with the jump around. My doctor is cautious and little watchful but not worried.

Any thoughts or guidance?  Anyone has seen this seesaw pattern.

Regards

You have remained at more than 3 log reduction for 15 months.  No problem.  Just an extended plateau which will turn down at some point.
