I just got a copy of his last cbc. Why is his ANC so high? Any ideas? Sorry to be such a pain but his ONC does not explain anything to us.

He was off TKI drugs for several months due to multiple health issues you previously mentioned.  His PCR is now 20% and FISH is 85% -- both way too high.  The very high ANC and WBC confirm that his leukemia is not under control.  He just started Iclusig last week, so hopefully that will get him going in the right direction, but it might take a month or two to see results.

Make sure he is taking the Iclusig every day.  It is very important to get this under control.

Doctors office is still trying to get him the iclusig. Apparently the fax was not received. Hope to get it soon! Thanks again

I worry that he is not in chronic phase anymore. He has not had a bmb since diagnosis. His onc says its not necessary.

A BMB should be done any time there is a significant (1 log or more) increase in PCR and CCyR is also lost.  Both are true for him.  His Onc does not seem to understand CML, and he also does not keep you informed about his condition.  I don't know how any Onc could allow your husband to stop TKI drugs for almost 3 months without proper supervision and intervention when he obviously lost his drug response.  I realize your husband has other health concerns, but his CML must be brought under control.
