OK, to post a photo from your computer:

1) Click "More reply Options" (seen while posting a reply, under the reply box, next to the "Post" button)

2) Click "Browse" button

3) Select a photo located on your computer and double click on that photo.  If you inadvertently selected the photo showing your 4 nipples, click "clear selection" .  Just sayin'

4) Click "Attach this File", when a thumbnail of the photo appears, click "Add to Post".  The photo will NOT appear in the reply box, but rather text appears.

5) Add witty written comments.  (The "witty" thingy only applies to Trey, all others add your boring crapola)

6) Click on "Add Reply" to post the photo and comments

7) If you still inadvertently posted a pic of your 4 nipples, it can be deleted by clicking "Edit" then "Use Full Editor" and follow instructions.

Note that photos appear in the reply box as small thumbnails, and the reader needs to click on it to see it full size.

Below is a picture of a hawk at my golf course:

I will start a new thread with this same info so it can be located more easily.

Thanks to Brooke and Pirlo from L&LS for figuring this out.

Thanks for the excellent info, Trey.  I greatly appreciate both the skunk and the hawk photos you included as examples, as I volunteer at a wildlife rehab center in my ever-diminishing spare time.  Hawks smell better (except their breath after they have eaten ... uh ... what they like to eat), but I wouldn't recommend putting my nose too close to the hind end of either critter.  I have been sprayed by both.

My avatar is "Fluffy", barred owl extraordinaire.  I miss him....

Obviously, I need to do a little work in photoshop before trying to post another picture.  Not that I intend to photoshop out the nipples. . .they are quite attractive once you get used to them. . .but I need to figure out how to make the darned picture smaller and right side up.

Hi Sue, On this board anything can happen,  That's what makes it such a wonderful support group,we can laugh, cry, vent, find the answers to our questions and nobody understands what we're going through, more than we do. I can have a really crappy day, and I'll come to this site and all of a sudden I can't remember why I had such a crappy day. We all have our ups and downs but we are true CML survivors.      Billie

Couldn't agree more, Billie.  I'm so grateful for this board and the terrific people on it.  I don't know how I would have coped without the knowledge and support found here.  Sue

When the Barred owl does his thing it sounds almost exactly like "who cooks for you!"

One night when my family and I were camping two Barred owls went back and forth almost all night. At first it was cool. But once it got past 11pm and we were tired we all started yelling "nobody cooks for me!"

http://www.learner.o...Dictionary.html

By far my favorite owl. For most of my childhood I thought it was called a Barned owl.

I just can't get over the suspicion that 'cooked your owl' is a euphemism for something...
