Saw the Hema/Onc yesterday and got really good news.  My CML was caught very early - I'm still in the chronic phase.  I did get copies of the pathology reports (peripheral blood & BMB) although I don't understand most of it.  But here are a few results:

 

PCR analysis for the BCR/ABL fusion transcript is POSITIVE at > 10% IS or a relative level of 22.5%.  The value reported represents a 0.125 log reduction from average laboratory baseline of 30% for patients at CML diagnosis.

 

FISH was positive for the BCR/ABL1 gene rearrangement in 139 of the 151 interphase cells.

 

I don't know what else is relevant to keep track of.  Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks. :)

Just appears to show it was caught early as the Onc said.
