Hi everyone,

Hope you're all doing well. I just got my latest PCR results after 25 months of treatment.

I started on 600 mg Gleevac and have been taking 100 mg Sprycel for the past year. I had hoped for better response but I'm not all that surprised. This has been pretty consistent with my rate of response all along. At least on the positive side, I am still going in the right direction and this is the first time since starting Sprycel that all of my other counts are in range.

Results - (IS)

18 months - 5.5%

11 months - 1.062%

14 months - 0.9272% - (CCyR FISH)

15 months - 0.608%

19 months - 0.394%

25 months - 0.208%

Advice or feedback is welcome. Considering if a change to another TKI (Tasigna) might be better or if I just go forward and hope for better results at the next test. Have my oncologist appt. next week to discuss as well.

Take care,

Thanks, Trey,

I think that's the plan and likely what my oncologist will recommend as well.
